It was a true pleasure to stay in this hotel. Really everything is great, from the friendliness of the staff to the cleanness of the rooms. The breakfast is outstanding, they have a big variety on the buffet and a lot of a la carte options to order. Thank you for the unforgettable stay.

We enjoyed our stay during my business trip to Amsterdam. Wonderful stay, exceptional staff and great breakfast. Very knowledgeable Front of House team. We had the pleasure to enjoy the dinner in Bridges which was great! Can’t wait to be back!

Not a good nights sleep

Rooms are stifling hot, even in May. Air conditioning was supposedly repaired but wouldn’t turn on after turning it off when leaving room. Construction on the building outside of the room begins at 6:45am. Drilling, banging and other loud noises. Staff are great, especially at the lounge bar. Very clean. But we didn’t sleep well any of the four nights we we were there due to room temperature and construction.

We have visited this hotel many times and it never fails to deliver outstanding service. Rooms are spotlessly clean. The standard of service provided by all the staff is exceptional. The location is great for exploration. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Amsterdam.
